Indoor Beach Volleyball

The Beach YYC is Calgary’s only indoor beach volleyball and recreation facility. We are open year round, providing a space where all Calgarians can be active.

We offer a variety of indoor beach volleyball leagues for all skill levels. Each night consists of two 40 minute matches, each as a ‘best of three’ contest.

2025-2026 Dates
Volleyball League registration opens six weeks before the start of the league season and will close when the league fills up.

Summer 2025 League Dates
Summer League starts the week of July 7th & the 8-week league ends the week of August 25th.
Registration dates – Early: May 26th, Regular: June 2nd

Fall 2025 League Dates
Fall League starts the week of September 8th & the 10-week league ends the week of November 13th.
Registration dates – Early: July 28th, Regular: August 5th

Winter 2025 Dates
Winter League starts the week of November 17th & the 10-week league ends the week of February 5th, 2026.
2-week break Dec 22nd-Jan 4th, 2026
Registration dates – Early: October 6th, Regular: October 13th

Winter 2026 Beach Ultimate Frisbee League starts January 11th. No games on Family day weekend, Feb 15th.

Deep Winter 2026 League Dates
Deep Winter League starts the week of February 9th & the 10-week league ends the week of April 16th.
Registration dates – Early: December 29th, Regular: January 5th, 2026

Spring 2026 League Dates
Spring League starts the week of April 2oth & the 10-week league ends the week of June 25th.
Registration dates – Early: March 9th, Regular: March 16th

Summer 2026 League Dates
Summer League starts the week of July 6th & the 8-week league ends the week of August 25th.
Registration dates – Early: May 25th, Regular: June 1st, 2026

We create a “House” team for individuals and small groups for people to join who don’t have their own complete team. If you have any questions about where you should register, don’t hesitate to ask.
