Indoor Beach Volleyball

The Beach YYC is Calgary’s only indoor beach volleyball and recreation facility. We are open year round, providing a space where all Calgarians can be active.

We offer a variety of indoor beach volleyball leagues for all skill levels. Each night consists of two 40 minute matches, each as a ‘best of three’ contest.

2024-2025 Dates
Volleyball League registration opens six weeks before the start of the league season and will close when the league fills up.

Summer League Dates
Summer League starts the week of July 8th & the 8-week league ends the week of August 26th.
Registration dates – Early: May 29, Regular: June 5

Fall League Dates
Fall League starts the week of September 9th & the 10-week league ends the week of November 14th.
Registration dates – Early: July 29, Regular: August 5

Winter Dates
Winter League starts the week of November 18th & the 10-week league ends the week of February 6th.
2-week break Dec 23-Jan 3
Registration dates – Early: October 7, Regular: October 14

Deep Winter League Dates
Deep Winter League starts the week of February 10th & the 10-week league ends the week of April 17th.
Registration dates – Early: December 30, Regular: January 6

Deep Winter Beach Ultimate Frisbee League starts TBD

Spring League Dates
Spring League starts the week of April 21st & the 10-week league ends the week of June 26th.
Registration dates – Early: March 10, Regular: March 17

Summer 2025 League Dates
Summer League starts the week of July 7th & the 8-week league ends the week of August 25th.
Registration dates – Early: May 26, Regular: June 2

We create a “House” team for individuals and small groups for people to join who don’t have their own complete team. If you have any questions about where you should register, don’t hesitate to ask.
