“Happy 1st birthday COVID?”
First, a quick note:
We know it has been a little while since we have sent out a newsletter, the last one being our year-end for December/January.
We did write one for February and honestly it just ended up being
6 paragraphs of the shrug emoji so we decided “best not to.”
As of right now indoor team sports and social gatherings are still not allowed.
With the Government of Alberta’s update yesterday we are moving in the right direction to potentially reopen for league play on Monday, March 22nd
If that happens COVID-19 safety protocols will still be in place similar to the ones from last September.
Emails will be sent to registered league captains with additional info about starting game play.
Registration is Still Open!
Winter League (as it is still called) registration is still open and we are still looking forward to a full 10-week season as soon as we are able to.
For those teams sticking with us, we sincerely thank you.
